All returns must be made through this website. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange items within a 14-day period from the date item was received. EXCHANGE To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please go to the contact page and complete the contact form with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged if you received the wrong item. Please contact us. RETURNS In the event of a return, you will received a full refund in the same form as your original payment. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. For exchanges, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or design you prefer. Please allow up to 14- business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
